  • Yoga + Hike @ The Nature Institute April 20th & May 18th | 8:00 am - 10:00 am

    Brick City Yoga is headed to the Nature Institute for a 60-minute hike in nature before connecting more in a 60-minute yoga practice with a view of the Mississippi River. Then, stick around for a coffee from local shop Germania Brew Haus. Mark your calendar and grab your hiking boots along with your mat for a nature-centric Saturday morning outing! This program runs from 8 – 10 a.m on select Saturday mornings.

  • Garden Gallop @ MO Botanical Gardens May 5th | 7:00 am

    Join Brick City at MOBOT for their annual Garden Gallop: Wellness in Motion Fun Run presented by Graybar.

    Participants can run or walk from two routes (approximately 5 kilometers or approximately 1 mile long) through the Garden’s spring blooms. Post-run, participants can enjoy on-site yoga with Brick City Yoga, a hands-on wellness activity with the Garden’s therapeutic horticulture, and a light breakfast provided by Kaldi’s Coffee.

    Event registration includes a commemorative t-shirt. Registration must be completed by April 8 to guarantee the requested shirt size.

    Garden Gallop proceeds benefit the Garden’s Outdoor Youth Corps education and workforce development program.
