Join us for a 45-minute group reformer class. This strength building class is perfect for those new to reformer pilates and those wanting to get back to the core movements. This session will help you learn to master your form, gain confidence & improve your strength using the reformer.
Note on Accessibility: The reformer is several inches off the ground. The manufacturer’s recommended weight limit is 250 lbs for the Merrithew machines. The Flexia is rated for 350 lbs.
