    All levels will be at home in this class. This is a great foundational class for new to asana students.

    Some previous pilates or reformer experience is recommended.

  • Deep Stretch Various Instructors

    Who should attend?
    All levels will be at home in this class.

  • Foundations (Reformer) Jamie Lemons

    Who should attend?
    All levels, including beginners, will feel at home in this class.

  • Prenatal Kate Ewing

    Who should attend?
    Yogis in their first, second, or third trimester of pregnancy. No prior yoga experience required.

    All levels including beginners will feel at home in this class.

  • Slow Flow Various

    Who should attend?
    All levels including beginners will feel at home in this class. Those with less asana experience may enjoy starting with slow flow classes.
