Join us for a 45-minute reformer class. This class is perfect for those new to reformer pilates and those wanting to get back to the basics. Intro to Reformer will help you learn how to master your form, gain confidence & improve your strength using the reformer.

Note on Accessibility: The reformer is several inches off the ground. The manufacturer’s recommended weight limit is 250 lbs.
