  • From Feet to Eyes: The Art of Better Balance On and Off the Mat May 18th - 19th | Times Vary

Good balance is dynamic and delightful. It’s not about mastery or being perfectly still like a statue. That’s what this weekend workshop is all about – being responsive, adaptive and nimble.

Which is how we “catch” ourselves when we trip or stumble. Join Trisha for a weekend full of balance skills and drills. We’ll break down the three main systems that control balance and learn how to improve each of them.

Then we’ll put them all together in a fun Flow yoga class. This workshop is ideal for teachers and anyone
who wants to improve their own balance on and off the yoga mat.

    Dates/Times:
    Saturday, May 18th: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
    Sunday, May 19th: 9:00 am – 10:30 am

Registration is non transferable / non refundable.

Join Nikki Myers for Y12SR Peer Support Group Certification September 13th – 15th.
Y12SR is a platform committed to promoting healing from addiction through community organization and education. Drawing from ancient yogic texts, trauma research, and modern neuroscience, Y12SR integrates cognitive and somatic approaches to facilitate deeper levels of recovery for individuals struggling with addiction.

In this training program, participants will gain an understanding of addiction’s effects on the brain, the impact of trauma on the body and nervous system, and how addiction manifests disconnection from oneself and others. Through an exploration of the Yoga Sutra and the 12-step program, trainees will learn how to apply these principles to encourage healing and connection.

Additionally, this 28-hour comprehensive training will equip individuals with the necessary skills to bring Y12SR to their own communities. Upon completion, certified Y12SR Peer Support Guide (formerly known as Y12SR Space Holders) will be able to confidently lead meetings and provide support to those in recovery.

Due to the nature of this training it is not recorded and participants must be able to attend all live sessions to be eligible for Y12SR certification.
