Join us for a 45-minute equipment/reformer class. Students can expect to use a variety of equipment, including the reformer, the jump board, core stability balls, weights, and more. This class will help you improve form, increase strength and challenge yourself!

Note on Accessibility: The reformer is several inches off the ground. The manufacturer’s recommended weight limit is 250 lbs.

Who should attend?

Some previous pilates or reformer experience is recommended.
