WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO YOGA? +
We ask that you wear comfortable tops, bottoms, and underpants. You may wear socks in the studio, but no shoes, please.
DO I NEED A MAT OR PROPS? +
If you have a mat, youâre welcome to bring it. We also offer loaner mats at no charge, and all standard props used during class will be provided.
Youâre welcome to bring your own props if you prefer. Please note: some specialty propsâincluding inversion trainers, weights, and other equipmentâmay only be used in designated classes for the safety of practitioners and staff.
HOW MANY STUDIOS DO YOU HAVE AND WHAT IS THE CAPACITY? +
Weâve got three studio spaces, each with its own personality:
Root is our main studio on the first floor. Most classes land around 28 humans, sometimes stretching to 32 when the energyâs right. Restorative and meditation keep it cozy on purposeâusually 15â18 so you can actually breathe.
Reform (also on the first floor) is home to our Pilates reformers. Five machines, lots of shaking, zero pretending itâs easy.
Rise lives on the third floor. It fits about 17 people for movement-based classes and opens up to around 25 for workshops, talks, and all the big-feels conversations.
CAN I KEEP MY PHONE WITH ME? +
For everyoneâs sanity and savasana, we ask that phones live in lockers whenever possible.
If you need to keep yours with you, please put it on silentâno buzzes, dings, or surprise soundtracks.
If a call comes up, feel free to quietly step out and handle it.
SHOULD I BRING WATER? +
You may bring water to class. Please ensure your beverage container has a lid. Glass containers are not permitted in the practice space.
CAN I CHANGE AT THE STUDIO? +
Yes! We have restrooms available for changing.
DO YOU BURN INCENSE, SAGE, CANDLES, OR OTHER SCENTS AT THE STUDIO? +
We do not burn incense or candles. We use a non-toxic scenting system that lightly scents our lobby and locker room throughout the day.
WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE? +
We open doors 15 minutes before each class and lock doors 5 minutes before the start time. For the safety and comfort of all students, we ask that you arrive on time as we are unable to accommodate late arrivals.
IâM LATE AND ALREADY PAID FOR CLASS. IF I KNOCK ON THE WINDOW WILL THE INSTRUCTOR SNEAK ME IN? +
We ask that you refrain from knocking on the studio windows during class. Doors lock 5 minutes before class begins.
I DIDNâT UNDERSTAND A POSE OR CUE. WHAT SHOULD I DO? +
Stick around after class and chat with our teamâweâre always happy to help.
DO I HAVE TO BREATHE A CERTAIN WAY? +
Nope. Breath cues are suggestionsâbreathe how you need.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR A CLASS? +
You may prepay with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) through MINDBODY or via our website.
You may also pay with a Brick City Yoga gift card.
We are unable to accept checks.
CAN I SHARE A CLASS PACK WITH SOMEONE? +
Class packs are for you onlyâno sharing, swapping, or sneaky plus-ones.
As of 1/15/2024, our team isnât able to apply your class pack to anyone else in-studio.
We knowâboundaries arenât always fun, but this one helps keep things fair, clean, and drama-free for everyone.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE RETAIL PURCHASES? +
All retail sales are final sales.
ARE CLASSES REFUNDABLE? +
All sales are final. No refunds, no rollbacks, no âbut I meant toâŚââso please double-check before purchasing.
Expiration dates are clearly listed on every class pack and membership (and yes, they vary). Workshops and special events follow their own timelinesâalways check the event page for specifics.
Canât make a class you booked? Cancel at least 6 hours in advance so you donât lose that pass.
Not sure youâll use a full pack? Drop-ins are your safest bet. Partial refunds arenât a thing.
CAN MY CHILD COME WITH ME? +
Children are not permitted in the studio or waiting areas.

WHAT ARE THE AUTO-RENEW TERMS⌠SIMPLIFIED? +
By grabbing a membership, hereâs what youâre agreeing to â nothing sneaky, nothing weird.
1. This thing renews every 30 days.
It keeps going until you tell us to stop.
2. We charge the card you put on file.
If it expires or your bank freaks out, just update it so your membership doesnât pause itself.
3. If a payment fails, no big deal.
Walla will try again. If it still doesnât go through after a few days, your membership might pause until itâs sorted.
4. Your monthly classes reset every cycle.
They donât roll over (we know⌠time is weird), so try to use them when you can. Unused classes donât turn into credits or refunds.
5. Guest passes reset each month too.
Use them! Theyâre meant to be shared.
6. Want to cancel? Totally okay.
Just give us 7 daysâ notice before your next charge. Anything already billed is yours to use for that month.
7. Need a break?
You can put your membership on hold for up to 60 days a year. Just let us know ahead of the next billing cycle.
8. Memberships are for you only.
Not shareable, tradeable, or giftable â but thatâs why we include guest passes.
9. If pricing ever changes, weâll tell you.
Youâll get at least 30 daysâ notice, and you can decide whether you want to keep the membership or cancel.
10. Please follow our studio policies.
Late cancels + no-shows may cost a credit and/or fee. We promise itâs not personal â just keeping classes fair for everyone.
