Yoga Instructor & Owner

Pronouns: she/her
Birthday: October 11
Birthstone: Opal
Zodiac: Libra

Kate’s the friend who shows up to coffee with a white mocha and at least three big ideas she swears she’s “not starting this week”—and then somehow absolutely does. Her perfect day involves a long walk through Tower Grove Park, writing in a cozy corner at Cyrano’s, and getting distracted petting every cat within a 10-foot radius. Grounded, compassionate, and deeply community-minded, Kate channels her creativity into building spaces where people feel seen. Off the mat, she’s raising awareness for local nonprofits and dreaming up the next “Share the Love” or “Share the Pride” event before she even realizes she’s doing it.

Yoga Instructor

Nancy is your introspective world-traveling friend who can casually drop “when I lived in Japan
” into a conversation—and somehow make it sound humble. With an almond milk latte in hand and Olivia Dean playing, she’s probably planning her next trip or taking a long walk through Forest Park. She’ll talk to you about gratitude, but the real kind—not the “good vibes only” stuff. Kind, intellectual, and deeply thoughtful, she brings a quiet depth to everything she does.

She’s big on progress over perfection and is the first to hand you grace when you forget choreography or show up a little messy (same).

Lucy is basically sunshine with a side of chaos—the friend who will hype you up, hand you a soy latte, and drag you on a long run in Forest Park before you’re fully awake. She loves fiction, bagels from The Station, slow mornings, long naps, dinner at Pizzeria da Gloria, and ice cream at Clementine’s (a full itinerary, and she means every minute). Goofy, sensitive, and strong, she’s learning to trust the timing of things and breathe through the messy in-between.

Authentic and grounded, she tries to live in service and stay present (even when life feels like one gigantic to-do list).

Morgan completed her Mat & Reformer training through Merrithew and is currently Level 2. She teaches with a style students describe as incredibly thorough and restorative — think meticulous attention to detail without losing the softness or humor that makes moving feel human. Her classes offer precision, patience, and an open invitation to reconnect with the body in ways that feel supportive, sustainable, and surprisingly joyful.

Vibe:

Pilates Instructor

Pronouns: she/her
Birthday: 11/11
Birthstone: Topaz & Citrine
Zodiac: Scorpio

Morgan is basically fueled by iced vanilla lattes and unreasonably long trips to Louie’s on Demun (because a girl deserves nice things). When she’s not teaching Pilates, she’s deep-diving into “research for fun,” which is exactly the type of nerdy–adorable energy we love. Her perfect STL day looks like wandering every vintage shop she can find, hunting for treasures she definitely “doesn’t need,” and ending with a picnic on Art Hill pretending she’s living in an indie film.

Vibe:

Yoga Instructor, RYT

Pronouns: she/her
Birthday: September 22
Birthstone: Sapphire
Zodiac: Virgo–Libra cusp

Madison’s energy is calm-but-not-boring — the friend who orders an iced lavender latte with honey and cinnamon, then actually remembers to slow down and enjoy it. Her perfect day starts early at Antagonist CafĂ©, wanders through Forest Park, includes lunch at SweetArt, and ends at home hanging out with her cat (no notes, honestly). With Olivia Dean on repeat and hiking as her go-to reset, Madison moves through life intuitively — grounded, open-minded, and very much in tune with the present moment. Off the mat, she practices mindfulness the simple way: by showing up, paying attention, and not rushing what doesn’t need to be rushed.

Vibe:

 Yoga  Instructor

Pronouns: she/her
Birthday: March 23

Anna is pure golden-retriever energy with a thoughtful edge — the friend who orders a cold brew with half-and-half and simple syrup, then immediately suggests gallivanting around Forest Park “just to see where the day takes us.” Her perfect STL day starts with yoga in the morning, wanders through the zoo for a bit (because why not), includes a recharge session at The Annex with a book and coffee, and somehow still leaves room for thrifting the Loop and ending the night with dinner and boba at Corner 17.
