Join us for an hour-long fun, energetic class focused on building strength and energizing mind, body, and spirit! In this 60 minute class, you can expect to start on the mat and move into a barre-inspired practice using a weighted aerobic barre. We will cool down on the mat. This class is focused on building strength and stability.
Who should attend?
Those with some yoga or aerobic experience will be most comfortable in this class.
