Stephanie (she/her/hers) first began practicing yoga shortly after she completed her final season of college soccer in 2017. She fell in love with yoga, as it provided a safe space where she didn’t have to be perfect and could just be present and allow for the mind-body connection. Since then, she has found great joy in facilitating yoga & fitness classes where she reminds everyone that they have value, purpose, & strength.

In addition to teaching yoga, Stephanie also has years of experience teaching barre, Pilates, and HIIT-based classes. She is so excited to join the BCY community and share her love for movement!
