  • Intro to Jumpboard December 22nd | 11:30 - 12:15 pm

    Join us for a 45-minute high-energy jumpboard session!
    Class will focus on using the jumpboard while incorporating reformer exercises and other props.

  • New Year's Yoga Mala January 1st | 12:00 - 2:00 pm

    Traditionally practiced at times of change to mark new beginnings, a yoga mala is the sacred practice of 108 sun salutations.  It is believed that the fire (internal heat) that you build during this practice is cleansing, detoxifying, and connects you to yourself. Throughout the 108 sun sals, we’ll set a series of intentions that will create an incredible energy to send you off into the new year ahead.

    Though the practice can be physically challenging, don’t let that stop you from participating!  These sun salutations will be performed at a slower, rhythmic pace, and we’ll  take a short savasana after every 1/4 mala (27 sun sals) to rest and re-energize.  Various types modifications will be offered and available to take at anytime during the mala.

  • No Place Like h(OM)e: A Wicked-Themed Yoga Flow January 10th | 7:00 pm - 8:15 pm

    Join Brick City Yoga and travel to the land of Om in this Wicked-inspired yoga flow!

    Embrace the power of transformation and self-discovery through a series of empowering poses and mindful movement while listening to the iconic soundtrack of Wicked.

    This 60-minute class will guide you through:

    -Grounding stretches to connect with your inner Glinda or Elphaba.

    -Balancing poses to symbolize the struggle between good and wicked within us all.

    -Energizing flows to help you “defy gravity” and push past your limits

    -A calming savasana to bring it all back to center, reminding you that there’s “no place like home.”

     

    This class is sure to leave you feeling uplifted, inspired, and ready to rewrite your story. All levels welcome—because everyone deserves to soar!

  • Unleashed: Asana to Express Your Rage January 17th | 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

    Need to scream into a bolster? Bang your head on a block?
    This class will be anything but Zen AF.
    Join us in community for an all-levels, rage filled asana flow. A portion of proceeds will benefit Healing Exchange’s mission of supporting their clients.

  • Brick City Yoga 6th Anniversary Celebration January 18th | 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

    Join us on January 18th to celebrate SIX years of Brick City Yoga!

    We will have FREE morning yoga at 8:30 am and 9:30 am followed by a community celebration from 10:00 – 12:00 pm
