Yoga in Action: Cat, Cow, Call March 8th | 1:15 - 2:30 pmJoin us for a unique 75-minute experience that blends movement, activism, and restoration.
We’ll begin with a 30-minute high-energy yoga flow designed to build strength, courage, and resilience—powerful poses, dynamic sequences, and intentional breathwork to ignite your inner fire.
Next, we’ll pause for 15 minutes to take meaningful action. Using this time to call elected officials, we’ll make our voices heard on key issues, channeling our movement-fueled energy into real-world impact.
Finally, we’ll close with a 30-minute deep stretch and restorative practice. Just as we take action, we must also rest to resist—this grounding sequence will offer space to soften, breathe, and restore, ensuring we are recharged for the work ahead.
Come ready to move, take action, and restore—because resilience is built in both effort and rest.

Get ready for an adorable, chaotic, and ridiculously fun yoga class! Expect to stretch, breathe, and maybe—just maybe—hold a pose for more than five seconds before a tiny furball pounces on your toes.
Come for the yoga, stay for the kitten-induced anarchy. Spots fill up fast—because who wouldn’t want this?!
Class will benefit Tenth Life Cat Rescue.Class is all levels but not advised for those with cat allergies. Cats will be in the studio. Class is non-refundable.
