If you are anything like me, you’ve already been inundated with sales, promos, class specials and gym memberships promising a brand new you for the new year. Some of the sales have been tempting, but the thought of the same workout class for 30 days was a bit exhausting to me.

So, at Brick City Yoga, we decided to do the New Year a bit differently. Why? Because we like you just the way you are. And, because we know that everyone’s physical, financial and mental wellness looks different. That’s why we are offering our January Wellness Challenge. Our goal is to help our students bring awareness to wellness habits that are sustainable. Each challenge card has 25 wellness squares, just 4 are taking classes at the studio; 20 are wellness habits ranging from drinking water to taking a social media break to showing kindness to yourself. And, one square is a freebie, because, you know, life.

As we say hello to 2020, let’s say goodbye to diet culture and focus on being the same great “yous” we all are.
