    Who should attend?

    Some yoga asana experience is recommended. Practitioners should expect a physically demanding class.

  • Deep Stretch

    Who should attend?
    All levels will be at home in this class.

  • Group Reformer - Level 1

    Who should attend?
    This class is great for those new to reformer, as well as experienced practitioners wanting to focus on foundational moves and building strength.

  • Group Reformer - Level 2

    Who should attend?
    We ask that attendees have some previous pilates or reformer experience and an understanding of the equipment and terminology.

  • Group Reformer - Level 3

    Who should attend?

    This class is designed for experienced practitioners. Individuals should be able to stand and balance on the reformer without assistance.

  • Intro to Reformer

    Who should attend?

    No previous Pilates experience necessary.

  • Jumpboard

    Who should attend?

    Prior reformer experience is recommended.

  • Mat Pilates

    Who should attend?
    This class is suitable for all levels.

  • Prenatal

    Who should attend?
    Yogis in their first, second, or third trimester of pregnancy. No prior yoga experience required.

  • Restorative

    Who should attend?
    All levels including beginners will feel at home in this class.

  • Slow Flow

    Who should attend?
    All levels including beginners will feel at home in this class. Those with less asana experience may enjoy starting with slow flow classes.

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Who should attend?
    Those with some yoga experience will be most comfortable in this class.

  • Yin

    Who should attend?
    All levels will be at home in this class.

  • Workplace Yoga

    Who should attend?
    We can work with employers of any size – big or small!

  • Private Yoga Instruction

    Who should attend?
    Private instruction is open to new and existing students.
